The CT-C series hot air circulation drying oven is equipped with a low noise, high-temperature-resistant axial-flow fan and an automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed, thereby increasing the oven's thermal efficiency from the 3–7% typical of traditional drying rooms to the current range of 35–45%, with a maximum thermal efficiency reaching up to 50%. The successful design of the CT-C hot air circulation drying oven has elevated my country's hot air circulation drying technology to an advanced level comparable to both domestic and international standards. It has conserved a significant amount of energy for the country and enhanced the economic efficiency of enterprises. In 1990, the National Pharmaceutical Administration issued an industry standard, designating the unified model number as RXH.
Suitable for the heating, curing, drying, and dehydration of materials and products across various industries, including chemicals, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, and heavy industry. Examples include APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), crude drugs, prepared Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pieces, extracts, powders, granules, instant granules, water-pill formulations, packaging bottles, pigments and dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits, sausages, plastic resins, electronic components, and baked paints.
Most of the hot air circulates within the drying chamber, ensuring high thermal efficiency and energy conservation. Utilizing forced ventilation, the chamber is equipped with adjustable air distribution plates to ensure uniform drying of materials. A wide range of heat sources—including steam, hot water, electricity, and far-infrared radiation—are available for selection. The unit operates with low noise and runs smoothly and stably. It features automatic temperature control and is designed for easy installation and maintenance. With its broad scope of application, it is capable of drying a wide variety of materials, making it a versatile piece of general-purpose drying equipment.
